Delivery Information
We aim to process and dispatch all print orders within 5 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method:
- Delivery: Estimated 2-5 working days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the number, size, weight, and delivery destination of your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.
Cancellations
As all products are custom-made, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production.
- How to Cancel: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at print@printairt.com with your order number.
- Eligibility: If production has already started, we will be unable to cancel the order.
- Refunds for Cancellations: Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds & Returns
As all our prints are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect print, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. Please note that slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
